The Special is a minimalist octagonal pen. This Black Aluminium version is noticeably lighter in your hand than the brass version with its solid anodised aluminium build.
The cap unscrews and can be screwed onto the back of the barrel making it a long pen when used like this. It comes supplied with a short international cartridge in blue. The Kaweco Mini Squeeze Converter and the Mini Piston Converter will also fit - available separately - for use with bottled ink.
